I've been doing a lot of yoga lately, so that was my inspiration for this month's activity chart. How did you do in April? I started off slow, but did quite well in the end. I've been really enjoying yoga classes and my belly dancing classes and I'm looking forward to my first belly dancing recital in June!
If you're new to my blog - the activity chart (inspired by Heather) is a place for you to write down your activity goals and give yourself a sticker for each day you do something physical! I stick mine on my fridge and get a kick out of adding stickers (and giving myself a kick in the butt when I notice that I'm lacking in the sticker department) I invite everyone to leave me a comment with their activity goals.

Ugh...not proud to say that I did not do well last month at all even though I had the best intentions.
New month, new goals! I want to walk min.20/3 days week and start my weight training with my Big.Loser 30 day jump start.

My goal by end of the month is to proudly post a picture of mine full with stickers =)
20 stickers for May.
