Sorry I can't come to the phone right now, I'm busy nourishing my soul

I write this from the airport on Saturday afternoon as I'm preparing to board a flight and leave all the snow and cold behind! I'm so excited to be off to St Lucia with Meghan Telpner on her 4th annual Nourish Your Soul retreat! I can't wait to tell you all about it when I'm back. Until then, I'll think of you all when I'm basking in glorious sunshine in the beach
